SHIPMENT OVERVIEW

All packages will be carefully prepared for safe arrival. Shipment times vary based on your checkout selection. At this time we only ship via UPS and USPS to further ensure safe travels with carriers we trust. Shipment times calculated at checkout do not include some production times and package preparation.

PRODUCTION & PREPARATION

Made to Order jewelry may take up to two to three weeks production time. Review your product description carefully for the expected production time. Please anticipate your Made to Order piece to vary from those pictured. Each raw stone and crystal are unique, just like you! In stock One of a Kind and Limited Edition pieces may take up to two days to ship. If you purchase a One of a Kind adornment you will receive the exact creation you fell in love with. 

RUSH SHIPMENT

RootFlowerFruit does not currently offer rush production or shipping options. This is a slow fashion, one artist business, and I pride myself on the quality and care poured into every single order and creation. Each order is prepared in the order they are received and every item is given undivided attention and focus. For this reason, we cannot meet urgent deadlines unless previously discussed and arranged, which is rare and often not possible.

DUTIES & TAXES

*DISCLAIMER When shipping outside of the United States of America:

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

REGULATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

As these pieces are limited edition and made to order, we do not accept items for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right. Thank you for your understanding!
